Step One: Pre-Final Interior Prep

Before any polishing or detailing begins, we complete a thorough interior prep to remove remaining construction debris and dust that would otherwise compromise the final results. This step ensures all surfaces are clean, accessible, and ready for proper detailing.
Step One includes:
- Removal of interior trash, loose debris, and remaining construction materials
- Removal of window clings, stickers, protective films, and coverings
- Full shop-vac of floors (removal of protective floor coverings if applicable)
- Dust mopping of walls.
- Shop-vac or dust all interior and exterior cabinets, built-in shelving, doors, trim, and fixtures
- Vacuuming of corners, seams, and horizontal surfaces where dust settles.
- Initial dust control to prevent re-contamination during final detailing
- Jobsite walkthrough to identify areas requiring extra attention before final polish
This phase allows the final clean to be efficient, detailed, and consistent—eliminating the need to clean over dust or debris left behind by previous trades.
Step Two: Final Detail & Polish
Inspection-ready, turnover-ready results
Once the space has been properly prepped, we move into detailed cleaning and polishing of all finished surfaces. This step focuses on presentation, craftsmanship, and readiness for inspections, walkthroughs, and owner handoff.
Step Two includes:
- Detailed cleaning of all finished surfaces throughout the interior
